ABOUT
Who are we?
We are Heinrich & Lee-Anne(Lilly) an engaged couple that took a leap of faith in 2020.
Heinrich had an office job that he absolutely hated so we decided in 2019 that he would resign in Feb 2020 and start working with me at Lilly Leigh.
God had other plans. Heinrich was retrenched in December 2019 and we had to change our plans. Then the pandemic happened and we panicked a LOT!
We had faith that God will provide no matter what. We just need to work hard and let God do the rest.
As a full-time wedding photographer, I didn't have a lot of time to create items that I wanted to sell on Lilly Leigh.co but because of Lockdown, we had a LOT of time to start creating the beautiful items that we sell today. We also made around 2000 face masks between May & July 2020 (just to pay our bills) and because of that, we created a large client base. Once again God provided.
We have HUGE plans for our small business and with God, on our side, I am sure we will reach our dreams.
Our Guarantee
We want every customer to be happy with our products. So if you receive your items and you are not happy we will either replace or fix the item. You will need to take photos of the items and email the complaint within 7 days after you received the parcel.

You will Approve your design before we start with the project.

We will always deliver on time. If we are delayed you will be notified and we will keep you informed.
When will I receive my items?
We make every item ourselves, therefore we have a 2-4 week (depending on the order size & items) lead time.

We don't have any stock of our items. You can view sample photos on our Instagram & Facebook Pages.

We can assist with rush orders but there will be a fee.

If you need more than 3 items before the 2-4 week lead time PLEASE email me before you place the order. I just need to check our workload for the week and make sure that we have time for a rush order.

Collections
You can collect your order by appointment only. Collection days are Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00-17:00. Excluding public holidays. You will be notified via email if this change.

We are not home all day every day. We are full-time photographers also and do have shoots and weddings some days.

Please make an appointment before you collect.
*
We are NOT available on Saturdays & Sundays.
