Story
Hi!

We are Heinrich and Lilly. We met in High School, got engaged in 2020 in married in 2022.
​
They say opposites attract. Heinrich is the calm and laidback one and Lilly... well, not that. That is also why we make a great team!
We have 4 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 lovebirds. We are "kaalvoet plaas kinders".If it's God's will we will someday have our own off-the-grid farmhouse with 2 kids running around.

Our Guarantee for the laser cutting products
​
We want every customer to be happy with our products. So if you receive your items and you are not happy we will either replace or fix the item. You will need to take photos of the items and email the complaint within 7 days after you receive the parcel.

You will Approve your design before we start with the project.

We will always deliver on time. If we are delayed you will be notified and we will keep you informed.

Collections
​
You can collect your order by appointment only.
Collections will take place on Mondays ONLY. We will email you when the order is ready for collection.

We are not home all day every day. We are full-time photographers also and do have shoots and weddings some days.
*
Please make an appointment before you collect.
*
We are NOT available on Saturdays & Sundays.
